What we collect

When you request a quote we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone, delivery postcode and what you need. When you place an order we also hold your delivery address and invoicing details.

What we use it for

To price, make, deliver and invoice your furniture, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

Who sees it

Our own team, the workshop making your furniture (sizes and finish only), the transport company delivering it (name, address and phone), and our accountants. All are bound to keep it confidential.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or, where the law allows, to delete it. Write to info@estonianoak.com. Data controller: [Company Name] OÜ, [registered address, Tallinn, Estonia].
